Refunds, Cancellation & Promotions

Billing

Subscriptions are sold and billed monthly on this website through our payment processor, Stripe. The renewal price is shown plainly at checkout, and each plan renews automatically at that price until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as JAUNTABOUT.

Refunds

• Billing errors. If you see a charge you don’t recognize or believe is a mistake, email us. We investigate every report and refund any charge made in error.
• Failed requests cost nothing. An itinerary request that returns no itineraries spends no credit.
• Changed your mind? Cancelling stops future renewals; the current month’s charge is not refunded. Your unused credits stay yours. They never expire, even after you cancel.

Disputes

Talk to us first. Email support@jauntabout.app with your account email and a description of the problem. Most issues are resolved within a few days. The formal dispute-resolution process will be set out in our Terms of Service, published before subscriptions open.

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime online, in the same account portal where you subscribed. No phone call, no email required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
• Your credit balance survives cancellation: credits never expire and remain usable without an active subscription.

Promotions and Referral Rewards

From time to time we may offer rewards for referring new guests. Each program’s specifics are published when it runs. These standing rules apply to all of them:

• Rewards attach only to verified, paid sign-ups, never to saying nice things about us.
• If you may receive a reward for recommending Jauntabout, U.S. FTC rules require you to say so clearly when you recommend us.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, bulk distribution, and manipulation void rewards.
• Earned, non-fraudulent rewards are honored. We may change, pause, or end any program prospectively at any time.
